Steven Orton – Principal Osteopath
Steven is an experienced osteopath who graduated from the European School of Osteopathy in 1995. In his early career Steven worked in a number of osteopathic clinics across the south of England alongside developing his own practice. Steven took over The New Surgery in Brockenhurst in 2000 and has built it up to be a thriving clinic.
Steven has lectured in anatomy, physiology and osteopathic techniques at the London School of Osteopathy, and he has a Master’s degree in Osteopathic Sports Medicine from Leeds University.
Steven worked as part of the Medical Team at the London 2012 Summer Olympics, providing medical support to athletes and support staff from around the world. Steven has also worked with elite athletes in a number of sports over the years but enjoys the variety of everyday practice.
When he is not working Steven enjoys exercise, especially running. He regularly completes half marathons and enjoys cycling and yoga.
Rory graduated with a First in Osteopathic Medicine from Kingston University and has a background in rehabilitation for long-term medical conditions working both privately, and in NHS settings.
