Taster Sessions in Tai Chi

We are offering free taster sessions inTai Chi. There is evidence that a regular yoga or Tai Chi practice is beneficial for people with high blood pressure, heart disease, aches and pains including low back pain, depression and stress, (taken from NHS Choices).
